Exercise Files + Tips 'n Tricks

How can I download and open these exercise files?
Step 1: Download the File
- Click the link.
- A small window may appear asking if you want to Save or Open the file.
If prompted choose Save (or Save As if you’d like to choose where it goes).
If not prompted, the will probably be saved in your Downloads folder.
Step 2: Locate the File
- On a Windows PC:
- Press Windows Key + E to open File Explorer.
- Click Downloads from the left-hand menu.
- On a Mac:
- Open Finder and select Downloads from the sidebar.
Step 3: Open the File in Excel
- Double-click the file.
- If the related application is installed, it will open automatically.
- If prompted with a security warning (e.g., “Enable Editing”), click Enable Editing to begin working.
💡 Tip: If you don’t see the file, try sorting your Downloads folder by Date Modified—your newest files will appear at the top.
